How can I contact player support?
Email our team with your player ID, device model, operating system version and a clear description of the issue. If possible, include a screenshot and the time the issue occurred.
What if the game will not open?
Check your connection, restart the game and your device, and check your app store for an available update. Before clearing app data or reinstalling, contact support if you are unsure whether your progress is saved.
What should I include for a purchase issue?
Include your player ID, the purchased item, purchase date and the order or transaction ID from your store receipt. Never send payment passwords or full card details.
